Refund & Cancellation Policy

Transparent and fair refund procedures for our students

In this respect, oriJEEn Academy endeavours to ensure transparency and equity throughout its processes relating to fees. The Refund & Cancellation Policy below is designed to indicate how refunds, cancellations, or amendments of fees may be possible. Upon registering for any course at oriJEEn Academy, both the parent and child agree to the conditions detailed below.

Admission and Fee Policy

Once the student has completed the entire admission process and paid the necessary fees, the seat will be allotted to that course or batch only. As seats are finite and planned beforehand, payment of fees will prove the commitment of the student towards the course. It is recommended that students and their parents take into consideration the following while getting admitted to the course.

Refund Policy

In general, tuition payments made by oriJEEn Academy are non-refundable since all the arrangements for resources, teachers' allocations and academic planning are done based on actual enrolment.

But in case of genuine circumstances, refund requests may be entertained by the management. Requests for refunds should be made in writing, stating the reasons behind such a request together with supporting documents if needed.

In case of acceptance of refund requests, any amount to be refunded will be after deduction of:

  • Registration/Admission fee
  • Administrative fees
  • Fee for classes that have been attended

The decision regarding refunds is entirely at the discretion of oriJEEn Academy management.

Cancellation Policy

In case the student is willing to withdraw his admission, he must notify the academy in writing or officially at the earliest possible moment. Requests that are made after classes have already started will not be considered for refunds in most cases. The earlier the notification, the greater the chance there is of receiving some special consideration.

Batch Transfer or Fee Adjustment

In certain situations, students may request a batch change or course adjustment. Such requests are subject to:

  • Availability of seats
  • Approval from the management

Any fee difference arising from course changes must be adjusted accordingly.

No-Show or Discontinuation

If a student fails to attend classes after enrollment or discontinues midway, no refund will be provided. The academy is not responsible for unused classes or study materials once access has been granted.

Mode of Refund (If Applicable)

In cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer within a reasonable time frame.

Policy Updates

oriJEEn Academy reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the updated effective date.
